3 To 5 Pounds a Week
The following steps of the TGTW diet are easy and have been proven to work. I, the cp writer, even tried this program myself. I started the TGTW diet plan on Tuesday. Today is Saturday and I have confirmed the loss of three lbs. with little effort other than starting a healthy diet. –Imagine the possibilities.
TGTW Healthy Diet Menu
Here are the items that you’ll need:
(proportions according to how many and much to feed):
Sm. Oranges, tangerines and apples
Some (skinless) chicken breast
Lean hamburger (or turkey-burger)
Large eggs, preferably brown or organic/free range, but not mandatory
Fresh or frozen green beans (Canned as last alternative)
Chicken noodle soup
Peanut Butter
Cheese
Whole wheat bread
Oats
Cabbage
Cauliflower,
Broccoli
Celery
Onions
Greens peppers
Lettuce
Cucumbers
Greens
coffee and/ or tea
Natural sweetener or granulated pure can sugar
Grapefruit
Bouillon cubes
Pretzels or Crackers (Your choice of which and kind)
cinnamon
Pure Water, water, and let’s see…more water
Now,
1. Eat three meals at four hours apart, each day.
2. Consume two glasses of water before consuming your meal.
3. Include a piece of whole wheat bread at each meal.
4. Go ahead and have 2 snacks p/day from your snack list.
5. Do not consume fried foods or foods not on the list.
6. Take just 1 bite of sweets and only if you have not strengthened your willpower.
7. Have some eggs: Boiled or poached!
8. Consume water or un-sweetened tea at each meal.
9. Of meat, have only broiled chicken or hamburger patties.
10. If you find that you became hungry between meals, add an extra piece of whole wheat bread at your next meal. When you get adjusted to the diet, take away this extra piece of bread. Remember, we eat for nutrition not to eat our fill.
Have an approved snack:
2 Ritz crackers and 1/2 piece of cheese or
2 crackers with a very small amount of peanut butter or
An apple, orange, or tangerine or
2 cups popcorn, no butter or
3-4 pretzels or
A boiled egg or
A 1/4 of cup of Cheese crackers or.
A cup of hot bouillon. (One bouillon cube to 1 cup hot water.) or
Any of, or a mixture of, 2 cups raw or one cup cooked: cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, green peppers, any type of greens.
NOTE: At snack time, also drink one glass of water.
Here are some ideas for a menu using the list of foods:
Breakfast #1- poached egg, one piece of whole wheat bread, coffee.
Breakfast #2 - 1/2 cup of oats seasoned with cinnamon only, on piece of toast, coffee.
Breakfast #3 – half of a grapefruit, artificial sweetener only, a piece of toast, coffee.
Lunch #1 - 1/4 cup chicken noodle soup with 1/4 added water, three crackers, a piece of wheat bread, water or unsweetened tea.
Lunch # 2 - Small salad, boiled egg, a piece of whole wheat bread, water or unsweetened tea.
Lunch #3 – half of a piece of cheese with four crackers, small salad, water or unsweetened tea.
Dinner #1 - broiled chicken breast, 1/2 can green beans
, serving of free food, one piece of whole wheat bread, water or unsweetened tea.
Dinner #2 - broiled hamburger meat, half of a can green beans, serving of free food, one piece of whole wheat bread, water or unsweetened tea.
Dinner #3 - Two boiled eggs, small salad, serving of free food, one piece of whole wheat bread, water or unsweetened tea.
