Monday
Do half an hour of strength and interval training workout when you are fresh as soon as you start your week. Review your nutrition after training to ensure it supports your plan and that it will be easy to stick to.
Tuesday
Enjoy your day off from the gym! Now do thirty minutes of physical activity that you find fun. If you haven’t already, start tracking your progress.
Wednesday
Time for another great strength and interval workout. Research or consult with a trainer to make sure what you are actually doing is being done correctly. Integrating research or social interaction in your program also helps support it.
Thursday
Try stress-relieving yoga for thirty minutes this time. It’s so relaxing and fun to try to new things with no pressure. Review your new healthy habits. Identify your obstacles and devise a solution. Recognize yourself –and what you have done that has helped over the weeks.
Friday
Finish the week with 1 more strength and interval workout, except this time use a quick turbo approach on your muscle.! Don’t be boring! Now treat yourself to something nice - perhaps something new to wear to show off your new and improved physique.
Saturday
Meet up with or meet a new friend to exercise with for thirty minutes minimum. The rest of the time can be spent warming up or cooling down with stretches or slowing down to walk and window shop while you visit. Be sure to thank and support each other –and yourself!
Sunday
30 minutes of activity early in the morning –why not use it to pick up some healthy meals? You could get a nice piece of salmon, some asparagus, and sweet potatoes and treat yourself to an amazing healthy, and rewarding gourmet dinner.
